Senior Day is always a special event, and Alex Poythress had it all to himself Saturday as Kentucky's lone participant.
Before the Cats took on LSU, Poythress was honored for all of his achievements at UK, which included various academic honors, graduating in three years and now being on the verge of his master's degree. As for his on-court achievements, Alex has been part of two Final Four Kentucky teams in addition to a number of highlight-reel dunks and many critical plays in big wins.

For all of his efforts and accomplishments, UK and Alex's family made sure his Senior Day ceremony was a special one. It included Marlana VanHoose singing My Old Kentucky Home.
