Oh. My. Goodness.
Kentucky vs North Carolina was viewed as one of the best regular-season games we’d see this season. It ended up being an all-timer. It came in large part due to Malik Monk having a game for the ages, a 47-point outing that saw him hit two clutch three-pointers to put UK up 101-100 with 18 seconds remaining.

Breath...it's ok now. UK was able to hold on for a 103-100 win that will go down as one of, if not the best matchup ever between these two blue-bloods.
It actually looked for a bit like Monk's night would be a remembered for his 27-point first half, which pushed UK out to a lead the Cats maintained until the final minutes before UNC took the lead.
But Monk ended up scoring eight points in the final 3:23 of the game to help the Wildcats escape with the win.
