The college football landscape was drastically altered this week with a pair of top-10 teams losing at home
The Alabama Crimson Tide could have made a strong case for the No. 1 spot in the polls after a poor showing by the Ohio State Buckeyes against Northern Illinois. However, the Tide were upset at home by the Ole Miss Rebels and now found themselves no longer the favorites to even win the SEC West.
As for those Buckeyes, they narrowly escaped a strong upset bid by the Huskies before getting the 20-13 win. That was enough for OSU to keep their spot atop both major polls heading into Week 4.
