Big news with one of the top big men in the Class of 2016: Five-star center Marques Bolden cut his list to seven on Monday morning.
Bolden, Rivals' No. 14 overall player in the class, is now down to the Alabama Crimson Tide, Duke Blue Devils, Kansas Jayhawks, Kentucky Wildcats , Oklahoma Sooners, TCU Horned Frogs and Wake Forest Demon Deacons.
Adding to that, Scout.com's Evan Daniels reports Bolden will take his first official visit to Kentucky on Wednesday, September 2nd. He was originally set to visit on September 4th, but rescheduled to earlier this week. He's coming off an unofficial visit to Alabama.
Bolden, a 6-foot-11 prospect from Texas, is ranked by Scout.com as the No. 1 center and No. 6 overall player in the class of 2016. As of now, Bolden has not set an official visit with another school, though Kansas and Duke are still the two favorites via his 24/7 sports Crystal Ball:
