Stanford Strength Training

Another interesting article from the NYT (boo Yankees ) about Stanford's innovative training program. Note the emphasis on yoga. I started yoga 2.5 years ago and it has changed my body and strength and health. Remarkable. I encourage everyone at ASOB to start yoga in 2014.

If you have a youth athlete at home get them doing yoga. Right now.
