Kentucky head coach Mark Stoops decided that National Signing Day surprises were not enough to tide us over until the spring game. He figured he would just throw in a little bit more for our fanatical pleasure.

Denzel Ware is a 4* defensive end out of Florida. Yes, THAT Florida, the most fertile recruiting ground in the South. He is a huge pickup for UK, just by considering these offers: Alabama, Texas, Florida State, Clemson, Florida, Ohio State and USC.

Stoops just keeps on raising the bar when it comes to recruiting.

I think he's serious about this football thing. Never before has Kentucky been working this many highly ranked recruits so hard. There is a big difference in taking the recruits you can get and going after the recruits that everyone else wants. This is just so encouraging for everyone that has put their support behind this program now. We need guys like this to become a legitimate SEC team.
