Practice Report

Safety Glenn Faulkner will be out for six to eight weeks after he had surgery to repair his ankle Thursday. The four-star safety out of East Saint Louis, Ill., had a screw put in to stabilize the ankle. Running back Josh Clemons has been battling swelling in his surgically repaired knee since the spring and the trainers wanted to get a second look at it. Results of an MRI done Tuesday did not show any issues, Phillips said.
