"I'll be watching, guys. From afar, but I'll be watching!"

The Harrison twins, Andrew and Aaron, along with Andrew Wiggins, Julius Randle and Wayne Selden are among the Kentucky recruits who have been invited to the Under Armor Elite 24 game:

The Under Armour Elite 24 game, the seventh annual gathering of some of the top talent in the country for an event in Los Angeles, Calif., now has half of its roster set, announced Tuesday.

The game will take place in Venice Beach, California with the slam dunk contest on the 24th and the E24 game happening on the 25th. The rest of the game participants will be announced in a few days.

So you think Coach Cal may be headed out to watch this? Nope. This event appears to fall into what is traditionally known as a "quiet period" for men's basketball recruiting, which is defined thus in the NCAA bylaws:

13.02.5.3 Quiet Period. A quiet period is a period of time when it is permissible to make in-person recruiting
contacts only on the institution’s campus. No in-person, off-campus recruiting contacts or evaluations may
be made during the quiet period.

But he can watch it on TV, I suppose. I'm sure Andrew Wiggins will forgive him.
