I found out today that I will compete for command of an AF ROTC detachment. The first thing I did was look and see if Det 290 at UK was available. It is! I actually have the opportunity to go back to UK, serve on the faculty as an active duty AF officer I doubt this will all work out! That would be too much too hope for, but I was so excited about the possibility that I had to hare with some folks that understand.
