Amile Jefferson's recruitment is finally winding down and is about to end. Adam Zagoria has the story on his blog, Zagsblog:

Amile Jefferson will make his long-awaited college announcement on Tuesday at 4 p.m. at Philly Friends Central High School, his high school coach told SNY.tv.

The NCAA late signing period ends Wednesday.

Zagoria offers no insight on who might be the school he will select. As you know by now, Jefferson has played this recruitment very close to the vest. Jefferson is considering N.C. State, Duke Blue, Villanova and Ohio St. along with Kentucky.

In related news, Anthony Bennett, who eliminated Kentucky a week or so ago, as opted for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels. From ESPN.com:

The UNLV Runnin' Rebels have landed the top available prospect in the country and ESPN's No. 7 overall senior in power forward Anthony Bennett (Brampton, Ont./Findlay Prep).

Bennett selected the Rebels over finalist Oregon on Saturday.

There are still more 2012 dominoes to fall after these two, but their number is getting thin.
