Kentucky Class of 2013: Troy Williams to Decide Between Kentucky and North Carolina Today [Update: Not today after all]

2013 Rivals 4* small forward Troy Williams has decided that the time has come. He will be deciding between the Kentucky Wildcats and North Carolina Tar Heels some time today, according to this tweet (note-click the Instagram link):

When, you ask?

Williams says he doesn't want all the attention of an ESPN announcement, he's just going to do it from home and announce it to the world via Twitter. Good for him. With all the respect and love I can muster to Nerlens Noel, I think it's nice that every top player doesn't make a major production of his commitment. It reminds me of the guy Williams has most been compared to from Kentucky, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. Williams is similar in some ways to MKG in the way he plays the game as well as his humble, self-effacing nature.

We'll have more on Williams' commitment when the time comes, but for now, good luck to him no matter where he goes. He can't really go wrong selecting either one of these two great programs. Word on the street is that it will be UNC, but we'll have to wait and see.

[UPDATE]: Apparently, Williams is "not feeling it" today, according to JC.
