We're now most of the way through what seems like the longest week of the year. There are no Cats to watch until Friday when they take on one of two teams that we've already played and blew out by 20+ points. Hopefully these polls have helped pass the time until the action resumes. (If Coach Cal is reading this, we know this weekend bores you, but we really like it. To each his own.)

The first two polls are cooking along nicely. I'd like to thank everyone that participated and hope you are enjoying the results as much as I am. As I write this we've had 132 people take the first poll concerning when we were born. I find it great that we have such a nice distribution across many ages that take part in ASOB and we get along pretty well. Do you think we'd do as well face to face? ;-)

The second poll mapping out where we grew up and where we currently live didn't have a lot of surprises and illustrates quite well some of the halftime commercials you see about UK. Kentucky's influence goes far beyond Kentucky and you don't have to live in Kentucky to maintain blue fever.

We now start of the third part. This deals with where we derive our fandom. There is no debate that Kentucky has the most fervent and knowledgeable fan base in all of basketball. This poll will just address where the ASOBers got that spirit. I've tried to cover the bases but I'm sure there are some factors I'm missing. I'm tired and know that I've missed a reason to believe or two so let me know in the comments and I'll try to get it added.
