We can really do better than that first half.
Way too many weak offensive possessions. The defense was better, but still, we left shooters open a couple of times.

The roster here (ASoB) has Kyle listed at 239.
Darius is an inch shorter at 225. Darius has a lot of muscle mass, you know.

Dominant.
Darius played like a man tonight and led our Cats to a win coasting. I’ve been a Miller fan since he got his scholarship after watching him at Rupp in the boys S16.
I love the kid, and he’s put his quiet stamp on this team. He leads by example and personifies what it means to be a team player. Darius is the big brother. He’s been called alot of things, but he’s been steady and he’s stepped up. He may not be perfect, but he’s one us, and beyond that, he’s uniquely one of us.
Eloy is a solid player, a good contributor, and totally solid in many ways, but to me, this was Darius’ night from tip to horn. No one I can recall outside Tayshaun has endured the same scrutiny, and even Tay wasn’t local. Darius has embraced everything that’s been asked of him, embraced every role he’s been asked to play with a remarkable smile.
I still remember the ear to ear smile that crossed my face when the Kentucky Mr. Basketball signed at UK.
Darius has been my favorite for his tenure at UK, and any pro team that picks him is getting a sleeper of epic proportions. He’s a far cry from Tubby’s “looks like Tarzan plays like Jane” description of azibuke…who’s panned out better than anyone thought in the NBA.

Bogans wasn’t and prince was. Miller has skill and talent that presents matchup problems at 2-4. This team is Darius Miller. The quiet guy behind the scenes who plays without thinking “me” before they hit the hot hand.
There’s alot to be said for Darius’ game, but I’d take 5 of Darius against any team in the country and I’d win…alot
