Like father, like son


Pat Knight goes bezerk on his seniors...

Wow. Just wow.

"When I played, if you acted the way some of these guys did, you got shoved in a locker with a forearm up against your neck and told: 'You don't do that. That's not how we do things at Indiana,' and that's what we need," Knight said while not specifying who did that when he was playing for the Hoosiers under his father.

And that's just part of his rant against the senior members of his Lamar team.

He sounds, and acts so much like his father. Considering his record as a coach, however, he ought to show a little bit more care in criticizing his players. In particular, he should not announce that his seniors are using drugs. And there is absolutely no reason to condone violence.

What we see here is the legacy of Bob Knight.
