Kentucky at Louisville: Second Half Game Thread

Stay connected for news and updates

Slow down, Wildcats. Value the basketball.

Kentucky is down 28-36 in the first half, mostly because of missed free throws and layups. That, and poor transition defense have them down 8.

The reason Kentucky is down in this basketball game is that they are shooting 50% from the free throw line and cannot make a layup.

This is one of the most frustrating things about Kentucky this year, the simple inability to make unguarded shots from... well, anywhere. It just keeps happening.

Louisville has done what they do, and played how they play. Kentucky has not played well enough, particularly on offense, to really challenge them. That had better change in the second half.

By the way, when Seth Davis makes you look bad, Doug Gottleib, you should just give up.

Go, Cats! Beat Cards.
