I'm curious to see what everyone thinks about the team this season with the new players and some younger veteran guys (Wiltjer, Cauley, Harrow), but mostly I want to know what you guys think about how we stack up with Duke since it is an early season game (not preferred). I think it's a decent matchup with Duke's shooting and size and our speed and athleticism. I'd say we'd have more of an edge if Nerlens plays as they are without Marshall Plumlee. Ultimately it will probably come down to defense. Everyone knows Duke loves to shoot the three. Our perimeter defense needs to be better than it's started out the past couple of seasons. Also, in the past few years Duke has had trouble guarding guys that can get to the basket by driving the lane. Which improves first, our perimeter defense or Duke's lane defense?
