Need a little help and I'm sure someone here already knows the answer... Am having a discussion with someone and they said that it takes 3 universities to veto a conference expansion. Or, three schools can block a team entering the conference. I thought it was only one if the veto came from a founding member of the conference?? Here's a link to the SEC Bylaws, but it doesn't reference any "expansion" language...
Any help would be appreciated and thanks for your time!
