Just got done hooping at UK with the team, and alum Rondo,@EBled24 @boogiecousins! Great run! #BigBlueNation

From the Twitter feed of @KingJames.

For the non-Twitterites, one LeBron James was in Lexington yesterday, hooping it up with the current squad and ex-Wildcats Rajon Rondo, Eric Bledsoe, and DeMarcus Cousins. Pretty cool.

Oh, meanwhile, John Calipari was out west visiting with Shabazz Muhammad, the #1 prospect in the 2012 class. That's what we call a good day to be a Kentucky fan.

Recruiting

I’m sure hearing stuff like this just makes these up and coming stars’ mouths water at the thought of the opportunities playing for Kentucky can provide them! :)

Very cool

What recruit could resist the idea of hooping with an MVP and future Hall of Famer, an All-Star, a future All-Star, a few other current pros and maybe a handful of future lottery picks? I could sell that and I suspect Cal’s a heck of a lot better salesman than I am.

Don't Forget $

LeBron’s estimated 2010 income: $48,000,000. 10% of that would be enticing, no?

I'd say it was pretty good odds

that Cal “happened” to call back to the Craft Center while talking to Shabazz.

I can hear Cal now, “What? Oh, so Rondo, Bledsoe and Cousins are there? Who else? Oh, Lebron again. Hey Shabazz, Lebron wants to talk to you….”

I'm like you, Bluehound.

I don’t care much for James personally, but it’s nice to have him on our side.
