GoLocalProv in Providence is reporting that Ricardo Ledo has committed to the Friars:

This is the second time Ledo has committed to PC. He originally said that he would attend the school when Keno Davis was the head coach but later backed out of that verbal commitment. This time, he means it and will sign a letter of intent to prove it.

Ledo was always thought to be a Providence lean, and even though Coach Cal recruited him hard, you can't win every single recruiting battle, and this is one Calipari lost.  Ledo is currently ranked the #9 player in the country by Rivals.com.  Kentucky is involved with several other players (namely Archie Goodwin, among others) at the shooting guard position, so this is not a critical miss by Coach Cal.
