Most satisfying part of the weekend?

Just a simple thought that occurred to me on the drive in this morning. Wanted to see what my fellow ASOB'ers would say. Just to be clear, option 1 is not that we won, but who we won against.

Star-divide

The rest of this is just filler so it will let me post this FanPost. I find that requirement a little quirky, but whatever. Sometimes, you just have a quick thought, like one that occurs to you on the way to work, you know?

Revenge against WVU

Both for the game last year and Cal over Huggie.
Anything RP does or does not does not make my day, though I have laughed at the double facepalm photo of him and the mascot more than I imagined. If that were an option, I probably would have picked it because it was one of those “Kodak moments”. :-)

Blue... there is no other color to Bleed !!!

Beating W. Virginia was sweet...

Shocking the world by beating Ohio State will be sweeter!

How 'bout putting up a third

choice: Both of the above.

It was hard for me to pick too

but I thought part of the interest of the poll would be forcing folks to choose.

Actually RP and Charles Barkely yesterday was the best....

as far as RP moments IMO. Sir Charles dressed down the Big Least and there was nothing RP could say in defense. And this was before ND/FSU was a final.

Gotta love the round mound of rebound.

So refreshingly politically incorrect. You have to wade through his words to understand what he is saying but he isn’t afraid to speak his mind and I like that.

I woke up feeling BLUE this morning. It's gonna be a great day.

Funny guy; great nickname

And Frank Caliendo does a pretty good impression of him too. I think he’s the most entertaining basketball commentator now that Bill Walton is out of the biz.

I have/had nothing against West Virginia so I went with option 2

I didn’t find them an especially hateful team last year, I sorta like Huggins for some reason, plus WV is so similar to us culturally that I find it hard to dislike their fans (I’m the same way about Tennessee, which I know putss me in a distinct minority). So beating them was great in the monkey-off-our-backs sense, but revenge was never really a thing for me. On the other hand, seeing Pitino with the most dreaded job in college sports—being the most high profile coach to flame out in the first round and therefore get the studio panel invite—was a petty but still very great pleasure :)

I think they took Pitino

just to set up the banter between him and Barkley. And that was a very good move.

I woke up feeling BLUE this morning. It's gonna be a great day.

I kind of like Huggins too

I think he is in the top 5 as far as best coaches in college basketball today. But I hated his UC teams.

Now you're sounding like Karen. ;)

Revenge

is sweeter than anything RP related.
