Kentucky Wildcats Basketball : Waiting on High Noon Edition

I can't speak for the rest of you, but I woke up this morning way before I should have. Way, way before I wanted to. After all, it is New Year's Eve and sleeping in would be a really good thing. Right? But no, that was not going to happen. Trust me, I tried to go back to sleep and I failed.

What to do now, I asked myself. First, like I do every morning, read ASoB in depth, check. I had answered the GOG questions last night, check. Well, that took less than an hour. Now what? Of course there were non-sports things that could be done, but I was in full-fledged basketball mode and nothing was pressing. I decide to head off to YouTube to see what I could find. That should occupy for me a while, I knew.

First off, I found this cute little video of fourth graders talking about The Rivalry. Kids always put things in a different perspective. Well, in this case, not so different. The "I really try to stay away from that" quote is classic.

That was cute, I think.

Then I found a couple of ten minute videos about The Rivalry. They are both really interesting, though both are tinted just a little "red". But enough "blue" that they are worth watching. You can find them after the jump.

The Rivalry: Episode One (Louisville vs. Kentucky Basketball)

The Rivalry: Episode Two (Louisville vs. Kentucky Basketball)

That should help time management for a little while. Go Big Blue!! Happy Blue Year!! Now I must find something else to blue.
