This is the final game for UK of the Naismith Hall of Fame Tip-Off Classic.  Both Kentucky and Radford have played two other participants in this tournament at the Mohegan Sun Arena last weekend.

What I hope to see in this game:

• Ballhandling that doesn't suck;
• Lots of dunks by the UK front line;
• Fewer three-goggles and poses;
• Execution that is at least as sharp as a table knife;
  
• An offensive rebound percentage that doesn't make me mutter to myself for 10 minutes after the game;
• A game that is well in hand by halftime;
• A free throw percentage that does not recall the 2008 Memphis vs. Kansas final.

Look, I know it's early, but I've seen enough turnovers, missed free throws, posing and sloppy execution to last a while.  Let's play some basketball worthy of this lofty ranking, and begin ramping up to the cataclysmic pre-season clash that's happening only ONE FREAKING WEEK from tonight.

That's all probably a pipe dream, but it's time for the 'Cats to get it in gear, and prepare for every game like it's the Tar Heels.  In a very short time, it will be.
