Boatright at 82

Wasn’t he the one that committed to USC in 7th grade or something like that?

Of course its difficult, its a shortcut... if it was easy it'd just be "the way."

Yes

But he de-committed pretty soon afterwards.

Illinois HS Basketball Brimming With Talent In 2011 Class

10 of 105 on this list from Illinois. UK got the “top dog” among them.

Numbers .... Not sure if you ever get a true picture of #1

It’s almost ridiculous to try to keep up with the numbers – sometimes it jsut depends on who’s looking and when they look … I’ve seen Austin Rivers play – he is very good. I’m sure Davis is a good one too … not sure he’s THE #1 … just one of the #1’s.

I remember coming across an old Kentucky Basketball yearbook a couple years back

It had Shaquille O’Neal listed as number 15 or something in his junior year of high school. And there were a lot of names I’d never heard of in front of him.

Of course its difficult, its a shortcut... if it was easy it'd just be "the way."

Here's Rivals ....

http://rivals.yahoo.com/ncaa/basketball/recruiting/rankings/rank-2288

What’s it mean?? If you’re in the top 15 or 20 you MIGHT be he next Michael Jordan, Shaq or Kobe …. but then again you may never make an NBA squad ….
