NFL Draft Open Thread

The NFL draft first round happens tonight at 7:30 PM on the NFL Network, and the second and third rounds take place on Friday starting at 6:00 PM, with rounds 4-7 going down Saturday starting at 10:00 AM.

You all know that I am utterly clueless on the NFL draft, but you can follow the action on live on SB Nation.

What I will do is list the players, position, projected draft round range, projected pick if known, and comments:

SEC well-represented in Top 12.

Berry, Haden & McClain.

Amazing that this time last year, Lindley was a late first to mid-second and Micah Johnson was projected third round-fourth round.

Lindley has plummeted....

I never thought he was a first or second rounder anyway.

I expect Maxwell to make an NFL roster even if he is not drafted. He is smart, tough and has a nose for the ball. Just what you want to fill out a roster.

5 Of First 6 From Big 12

Impressive (including 4 from OK).

I know that tornados

went through Colorado yesterday but did anyone hear if Coach Daniels got hit by flying debris? Tebow – first round as a quarterback? I’d have to say the Daniels just joined Tebow at the hip and they will rise or fall together. Not knocking Tebow (too much) but he likely would have been available later. I’ve been a Bronco fan for years but this one just makes Bronco fans want to go -

Looking For The Next Elway

With Tebow’s history of achievement I wouldn’t rule it out.
