I guess all that money we are making from the bowl games just doesn't go that far.

The article in the Herald says they may have to raise the price of the basketball tickets as well.

The cost of going to athletic confests is going up every where.  But, then again, the salaries paid to the coaches seem to be right in stride. 

What about all this money we get from UK merchandise?  Every time you look at all those tee shirs with the logo on them think about the royalities that the University is making. 

I won't mention the teams we get to see preforming at Commonwealth.  But I think we all enjoy seeing the non conference games  Barnhart brings in.

Four of the home games are teams are from the SEC.
