Here is a little interesting and odd sports trivia for y'all; the UK Wildcats have a connection to the UConn woman's winning streak. UConn's streak is bookended by losses to the same team: Stanford. UK's record home winning streak was bookended by losses to the same team: Georgia Tech. And, believe it or not, UCLA's 88-game streak was bookended, you guessed it, by the same team: Notre Dame.
