The Cardinals, you see, simply aren’t that good.
Louisville barely made the NCAA tournament last season and then lost to Cal in the opening round. The top four scorers from that team (Samardo Samuels, Edgar Sosa, Jerry Smith and Jared Swopshire) are gone now – and there weren’t any standout replacements waiting to fill the gaps.

For my friends in the Atlanta market
The game will be shown on CSS (Comcast channel 45). I don’t believe there is an HD feed, but I plan to find out by tomorrow at 8:00.

I kind of follow college FB
Mostly the SEC conference. I’m aware of the fact that the majority of these teams within our conference are invited to some kind of bowl, not really as much as an award for their performance but as a party time for the players and fans to have.
I honestly to God didn’t know that UConn even had a FB team and maybe having to eat the cost of 13,000 tickets and hotel rooms expenses – my word, Eric is right on in everything he said in his article.

Glenn, thanks
for the frequency with which you put up the feature articles, even the summaries of other stories. It keeps me coming back often.

If watching Cuz behind the scenes
During Hoops for Haiti making the baby smile (and himself) was something you enjoyed, Fanhouse has a super article about him. He visits UC Davis Shriner’s Hospital for Children on his own time just to make kids smile. And giving a a woman there wearing scrubs that introduces herself as “I’m from Kentucky” a big bear hug. Read it all. You will be glad you did. Video included there too.
Blue... there is no other color to Bleed !!!
I loved this link, a2d2
.
I am so glad I clicked on this… what a wonderful article!
And that video was so awesome to watch- the little kid in the choo choo train pajamas is pretty tough. (Unfortunately, life has already taught him that he needs to be.)
Thanks so much for finding and sharing this…

That was great a2d2 - absolutely great
Thanks very much for sharing that link with us and God bless Cousins and especially all the wonderful children in the video.

Exemption for Syracuse
Maybe the Big East – SEC Challenge will give Syracuse an exemption, since they typically don’t leave northern New York until the middle of January.
I had a dream last night.
No, really I did.
Please y’all, don’t think I’m nuts but I had a dream last night that we found out about Enes. I woke up at 5:30 (my time) and just went wow. I just dreamed that. Crazy.
An Enes Dream, Huh?
Freud could do wonders with that, BigSkyCat.

ha, Weasel.
That’s pretty funny.
But, I can assure you, there really wasn’t anything other than PG-rated simple basketball related stuff in my dream.
Now, if Freud wanted to simply analyze my subconscious desire to see Enes in a UK uniform, well, that would be possible, because that desire totally exits and I’m really quite tired of waiting for an answer. Patience isn’t my strong suit.
I actually do have a passing interest in dreams and what they mean and I’ve even read a couple books about it in my day. All in good fun, of course, but it’s sort of interesting.
And, I won’t tell what I dreamt. Not now.
off subject and a lil unusual
I have a extra ticket for tonites game, I hate to see a empty seat in Rupp, if anyone is interested in meeting me out front and joining me, go to my profile and email me, the ticket is free, prolly should leave a phone # too

that's super sweet of you, Blue.
And, if I lived closer I would totally take you up on your offer and even buy you dinner.
Have fun and do us proud. Cheer loud. : )
