Are we getting our money's worth?

With the recent naming of Joker Phillips to the head coaching job of the Wildcats,  a few, or maybe many,  think we were wrong in the knee jerk reaction to a successful season in 2007.

I, in my opinion, would have liked to see who was available and who might have been interested in coming to Lexington.  Coach Phillips could still have been considered the man with the 'inside track' due to being on the current staff..

Are we getting our money's worth considering where we are in the total sports program in the conference?
