And FALSE in the case of alleged NCAA violations by Cincinnati in mid 2000’s.
The author took ANY reported incident to the NCAA as a violation. UK (for example) has self-reported a number of minor violations in the 1990’s and 2000’s yet none were serious.
The idiot writer treated them all the same as the 1989 NCAA violations against UK.
