Miller could be suspended.
Has anyone else heard anything about Darius Miller and the Muhlenberg County Basketball camp story? I read that his picture was used to promote their camp, and that he could face at least a one game suspension because of it even though he had no knowledge of them using his picture and saying that he would be attending the camp. I've only been able to find anything about it in my local newspaper, so I'd like to hear if this is just local crap or if everyone is hearing this.

First I've heard of it
Of course its difficult, its a shortcut... if it was easy it'd just be "the way."
Me too.
If true it would constitute a violation, albeit a minor one.

I'm from Muhlenberg County
and I have not heard this. I’ll keep an eye on The Leader-News this week (it comes out on Tuesday; I get it in the mail on Wednesday) and let you know if anything shows up there.
I believe the camps are being conducted by Reggie Warford, former UK player and Muhlenberg County native, who was just hired to coach the high school basketball team. (Muhlenberg North and Muhlenberg South have been consolidated into Muhlenberg County High School, effective this upcoming year.)
Surely they cannot make this into
an issue for Darius concerning his eligibility, since he recieved nothing from it, and was not aware his likeness was used??? Tell me the NCAA is not THAT far off of the deep end…..
Remember, we're having fun now!!!
Ask Steve Alford how he liked it.
He got caught up doing the same with a sorority calendar back in the 1987 Championship year. He was suspended for the UK game that year.

A sorority calendar? I guess I shouldnt laugh
but that seems funny to me….I know it wasnt to him, but I am getting a mental picture of a bunch of sorority sisters wanting their man on a calendar….lol
Remember, we're having fun now!!!
That's probably closer to the truth than you may realize.
I think each month had a ‘man-on-campus’ and Alford just happended to be one of the twelve. I think it was a fund raiser.

I heard about it
about 5 minutes ago on Channel 12 news in Cincinnati
apparently
they said the school did it without his knowledge…it would be a shame if the NCAA punishes him for that…
