the A Sea of Blue and that is how I voted. We all know how vast a sea or ocean is when one is on the beach and looking outwards. I think the name perfectly suits this site as there are thousands of UK fans across the oceans and seas of our Mother Earth and not only across the waterways of the USA. We are worldwide!

Original and literary. I love it.

I would to see more of them in that vein. I also love the interviews that Ken has done with former UK greats.

-More polls. I just love ‘em! (Rupp’s Ghost scares me a little bit, tho)

You guys are doing terrific with the content, updates, links and I really enjoy the level-headed banter on here with the other Cat fans. All in all, this makes for the best UK site on the net!

I would also consider using a Google tactic and throwing a gag link on April Fool’s Day during the off-season. Preferably something like this…

I know it’s pretty early yet, and this feature post was only posted like 48 minutes ago, but as of right now, there are 61 votes and with this one 6 comments. So, along with JLev — I dare say that people really like polls. ; )
 
Oh, and even though I do like the idea of Rupp’s Ghost or Ghost of Rupp, as I do find things having to do with the supernatural somewhat interesting, I would have to say that A Sea of Blue definitely gets my vote too. Good choice. : )

I wanna know when we’re gonna sign Wall…..lol….JK….I would like to see a place to post pics of users….I wouldn’t mind having a face to go along with the names….I know the profile lets you do that, but so many of us have Icons of Cats stuff….Maybe a wall of Shame, Fame, Blame or some other ame???….lol

And yes, I mean love. I was just thinking today how cool the logo was, and this was before your post, by the way. You couldn’t have improved the logo. It is absolutely perfect…..There is hardwood on one half, turf on the other, and the state covered with BLUE fans. Wow, is all I can say…..and let me hand out my utmost thanks to YOU…..
The only thing I have to work on is when someone types ASOB, me included, I have to say, What? Oh, A Sea Of Blue…….lol….but I still love the name, the logo, the editors, the authors, the family, the sharing, the agreeing, the disagreeing and yes, of course, Our Wildcats. I feel at home, among friends….

but once I bookmarked it there haven’t been too many days I haven’t been here reading everyone’s ideas and stories. I can agree with others about polls but as far as I’m concerned the site is awesome and don’t really see anything that needs changing. I did like the stories from Oldcat and Ken does a killer job on the football previews. Last preseason the position breakdowns were spot on and VERY THOROUGH. Each game, football and basketball, had fantastic breakdowns before and after and the scouting by fellow members was above my expectations.

I’ve also noticed that the “pros” seem to use content that we have been discussing in our threads and use them for their column ideas. Nothing original there but the themes have been eerily similar at times, which to me says that this site garners more attention than we (lay-folk) probably realize.

I couldn’t imagine another name for this site because…..I refer you to kykat51’s post above….she put it admirably. :)

Thanks JL for starting this thing….thanks Tru, Ken and BigSky for keeping it rolling like a giant tsunami crashing over the landscape, leaving a path of enlightenment. For those who dare…win.
