I find this ridiculous. The NCAA's position is that a Facebook page dedicated to a top recruit puts a university in violation of the recruiting guidelines.

So, if I created a "John Wall to UK" Facebook page, UK told me to take it down, but I refused, UK could be sanctioned? Am I following this correctly?
