After years of refusing to post photographs on this site because of copyright violations, I am pleased to announce that SB Nation has struck a deal with the Associated Press that will allow us to use their photographs to enhance the blogging experience at SB Nation blogs.

There have been other subtle upgrades.  For example, click on the "Wildcats" link at the top sidebar and you get all kinds of related news from A Sea of Blue and elsewhere.  Click on any team in the schedule section and you will get similar information about those teams.

There are many more new, useful features that will better enable you to enjoy your favorite team that even I haven't discovered yet.  Just try clicking on things to find some of the new, hidden gems around this place.  Click on players' name, get their stats and related posts.  Click on team names, same thing.

Technology is a wonderful thing.  Many of you have commented on the high availablilty of A Sea of Blue compared to almost any UK site out there, but world-class server power is just the beginning.  The SBN 2.0 platform is already the most powerful and feature-filled blogging and sports information platform in the world, and we are not done by any means.  This platform is state-of-the-art, cutting edge stuff that you won't find anywhere else -- not Rivals, not Scout, not ESPN or CBSSportsline.
