Their President (Adams) nearly lost his job by running interferance for the last coach they hired with baggage, Harrick. He is the same guy that pushed out Vince Dooley when his persona got too large and replaced him with a 39 year old lapdog. He is also a good frend of Miles Brand, who before becoming head of the NCAA was the President at IU when “The General” was shown the door. The fact that Knight would even allow his name to be associated with this story suggests that he may be delusional.
