Bubble Watch?

I was watching ESPN News tonight and I heard that Florida was on the Bubble BEFORE the loss to Georgia.  That just made  me flip my lid.  Ok I like hearing Florida being on the bubble because well I just don't like them, but I heard today that Kentucky is on the Bubble.  I don't understand this. Are they projecting some future losses in there?  Lets say we base our case on our record now. Why wouldn't we get in?  How in the heck are we on the Bubble.  How is Florida on the Bubble?  Someone has to explain how all this work when there is so much season left.

How also do get a number 11 seed.  Are they basing losses that are in the future?  Someone pleae help!!

The Latest Bracketology

http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/bracketology

Florida was an 8 seed (and falling) before the loss to Georgia. They will probably drop to a 10 or an 11 seed with the loss. That’s a bad loss and it ’s a team they should have beaten.

UK was a 10 seed (and rising) before the win at Arkansas. I think we will be probably a 9 seed when the new bracketology gets released. If we can win at Vandy on Tuesday and beat Tennessee at home, then we could be looking at a 6 seed potentially.

Still a 10 seed there at at bracketography. Plusing Butler in one, UCLA in the other.

Not On Bubble Now

KenPom projects UK to finish 22-9. The SECT results can be anywhere from 23-10 to 25-9.

UK should have no worse than 8 or 9 seed, perhaps 5 or 6 seed.

I'd take the 10 seed over the 8 or 9. Maybe even an 11.

Thanks

For the updates. I do hope we don’t get the number nine or eight seed. That eight seed is killer. Cause if you make it through the first round……you most likely get the number one seed and I can see them putting us up against Oklahoma or UCONN. Two teams that I don’t want to face. I want a number four seed. That is comfortable. Not the best but better then we have had in years.

UK seeding

Saw in a newspaper yesterday that had UK a 11 seed playing Minnesota. Now that would be interesting.

Also heard one so called guru say Notre Dame and Georgetown would both get in and that UK had to get to 11 SEC wins to get in. Go figure.

It Will Happen Someday

Not this year. Gophers won’t be 6 seed.
