A Wildcat Loss
Just a short note folks, I will be out of circulation for the next few days, My Aunt, Mildred L. Henry passed away today after a very short battle with bone cancer. She was a lifelong Wildcat fan since before Coach Rupp's first championship season. She was born in Leatherwood Ky., and was always tuned into a radio, tv or whatever it took. She was 75. I will be back around this weekend to keep up with the Cats.

Sorry to hear that ABC.
It is not worth an intelligent man’s time to be in the majority. By definition, there are already enough people to do that.

I apologize for not answering each of you individually, but I will in a couple of days.
Thank you to everyone. Weasel is right as far as I am concerned. She has reached Blue Heaven, and I hope will be just the thing we need up there to take us over the top. She wanted me to get her husband my Uncle Bill Henry on the website, so he could post messages and communicate with a lot of other Big Blue Fans, and I will add him to our roster in a few days, dont see him doing a lot of online work as he reached his 82nd birthday this last April, but he says she told him she would put in a good word for all of us and the Cats when she arrived. I fouind out last night that she was actually born in Revelo, Ky not Leatherwood. The family moved there when she was about a month old. She was a coal miner’s daughter, A HUGE Rick Pitino fan, and like Big Sky Cat, had an affinity for Demarcus Cousins. She got to see her first game in person about 10 years ago, and also got to see the UK Museum before it closed. A big part of my life has now ended, but I could not have asked for anything more while she was here.
www.marvinhicksfuneralhome.com has the information. Again thank you to all of you for your kind words. Leave it to the Big Blue Nation to pick you up when you are down.
Remember, we're having fun now!!!

Your Aunt is a perfect
example of why the Big Blue Nation is what it is. It is because of the generations before us that we developed our love of everything blue. May she rest in peace.
