Location Cancun, Mexico -- Cancun Challenge Tournament his afternoon's game winner will go on to play the winner of the Virginia Cavaliers vs. the Stanford Cardinal game later tonight. The rest of the games will be played tomorrow.

Here's what I'll be looking for today:
- Continuing improvement in the 3-point defense.
- Better ballhandling, particularly on the fast break.
- Improved 3-point shooting.
- Improved free throw shooting.
- Better defensive ball pressure.
Here are some questions that still need answering:
- When will DeAndre Liggins or Darnell Dodson return to the lineup?
- Can Jon Hood be a factor?
- Will Daniel Orton reprise his outstanding performance vs. Rider?
- Will DeMarcus Cousins continue to play with intensity?

I always take a vacation this time of year. Five UK BB games and two FB games. Love it.

has the CBS sports channel this is supposedly on in its 200 package, can’t wait to get home and see if I do get it, for now internet will have to suffice.

ESPN says 3
but it has said 3 for Cunningham and Montgomery at various points and then changes that back to 2 so I have no faith in ESPN atm.

What a rotton half of basketball.
The defense was fine, but the game is being called ridiculously close for both teams, and Kentucky has just given the ball away. Bledsoe and Wall are just giving it away like Michael Porter vs. South Carolina last year.

excuse for a playing venue. No wonder they can’t play worth a darn.
Probably need to do less dribbling and more
passing in order to reduce turnovers.

We have scorers much deeper on the bench than they do. I have a feeling, with the way the refs are calling this game, it will be a war of attrition.

CSU put up 24 more shots than Cats…24! Unfortunately for them they only hit 17=26.2%; 5/26 3’s for 19.2. Uk dominates FT 24/35 vs 10/15. Win board battle 43-25. Vikings have 10 less TO’s:12-22. All 10 Cats that played scored: Wall 15, Cousins 14, Orton leading bench scorer with 6.
