Coach Cal Picture/Sig

First of all, Great game last night!

Bama Fan here. And I have an odd request. My brother in law is a die hard UK fan. Born in Kentucky and transplanted down here to sunny florida. That being said, I wanted to get him a Christmas gift that he would appreciate. Through the University of Alabama, I was able to order an autographed picture of Coach Saban for my father at a cost of $5. It was a simple order form on the athletics website. And I wanted to do the same for my brother in law with Coach Cal.

I searched through the UK athletics site and was unable to find anything, so I turn to you, esteemed fans of the Big Blue. I was wondering if anyone knew of a similar program at UK. As a side note, my wife was able to get me a signed football by coach saban by just mailing it up to the University and they mailed it back signed. Pretty sweet. So if they have that kind of program as well, please let me know.

I dont know about a signed picture. You might try emailing Martin Newton, director of basketball operations. Ask if you sent a basketball would he get Coach Cal to sign it.

Don't think its gonna happen this year. Sorry.

There is a program to order signed footballs/basketballs through the athletics association website.

Unfortunately, the volume of requests was so high that they shut it down in July for Calipari and a month or two ago for Coach Brooks. Unfortunately, I didn’t get my Cal request done in time. I do have a Brooks football though.

Of course its difficult, its a shortcut... if it was easy it'd just be "the way."
