While remaining respectful to Joker, I take a look at FSU, who is also doing the "head coach in waiting" thing and at Florida, who tried the "hot ex assistant" route and then went and got the best non BCS coach.

I love Joker, but as a concerend UK alumni have to ask if he is the best coach out there to move the program forward
