Derrick Locke came close to dropping the ball before the goal line. It happened again Sunday.

I was obviously watching the game, and as soon as the return i thought the same thing, that he dropped it too early. I didn’t see the D. Locke play, but I flashbacked to the DeSean Jackson play the writer mentioned. The announcers for the game didn’t say a word about it, and when you see the replay, you can see why.

Know was basically along the sideline all by himself, so as he got closer to the end zone, he made an arc toward the center of the field. So with the angle of the camera, and his angle of entrance, it looks as if he may not have crossed. If you look at a better angle along the goal line, it’s really not that close.
