I so hope he can coach, too. John Calipari is a marketing and pr genius who apparently has that rare skill to read the market spot on. If he coaches as well as he markets then we as fans are in for the best years of our basketball lives.

The players showed up last night too to mingle and sign autographs. Just a little love for the fans. No secondary violations, NCAA…..just a a little fun. GO CATS !!!

Gosh, I hope

nobody rebounded a dropped pizza slice for one of the team. That would be unpardonable.

Another thought, now that we have some basketball news back on ASOB, can you imagine Coach Rupp camping out with the fans? Or Coach Pitino in his Armani suit? Or another coach, who remains nameless, when it wasn’t part of his job. On the other hand, I can sure imagine Coach Smith doing it, and the fans would have felt he was their best friend.

No moral victories--it's all about Ws and Ls!!!
