That is pretty cute, davw – I just saw this on MSN as well! It’s cute in that you found this article and thought of Coach Gillispie, it’s certainly not cute about the salmonella and the deaths possibly linked to the peanut butter crackers.

Yeah, I sure hope it doesn’t slow Coach down either. But on the other hand, maybe this development will force Coach Gillispie to reevaluate and improve his diet a bit – something that would actually be quite a positive thing for his health. Peanut Butter crackers for breakfast or any meal for that matter, is not exactly considered nutritional. : )

Gillispie won’t enjoy his Dr. Pepper w/o his peanut butter and crackers. He may have to resort to making his own for a while. I loved my peanut butter and crackers on the golf course. A perfect energy food for me and not heavy. Wonder how many cases of Coach’s favorite snack will have to be discarded from the Craft Center ;-)

… just kidding.

He’ll surely find some other treat to munch on … perhaps oranges.
