Congratulations ...

… to Hartline. I think he deserved it, and it would have been even more impressive if his receiving corps hadn’t dropped the ball so much.

Way to go, Mike.

Hartline
Hartline has not thrown an interception this season and has a streak of 96 consecutive passes without throwing an interception dating back to last season.

Honestly, we’re getting spoiled here… first Woodson sets the NCAA mark, then Hartline plays smart with the football too. (To the consternation of some fans!)

I also agree with 100% with Tru, if he had some receivers who could actually pay attention for more than 2.4 seconds at a time he would have had some very impressive numbers on Saturday.

Of course its difficult, its a shortcut... if it was easy it'd just be "the way."

Hartline

Hartline is improving but sometimes I think he trys to play too smart with the ball. There were several instances last saturday when he threw it away that he could have tucked it and ran and gained more yards for his team than just chucking it away. I know he’s no Randall Cobb in the footspeed department but he needs to not be afraid to run it a litte.

The receivers...

I doubt will be singing Kanye West songs for at least 3 weeks! Guarantee!

Dicky Lyons will step up as a leader and show these young receivers exactly what they need to do IMO.

And since it's an off week...

Which Brooks and staff need with this team, I am looking forward to the Ryder Cup with our two Kentucky players this weekend.
