I saw Rodney in person, in Louisville of all places, about 25 years ago. I’ve never had the pleasure(?) of seeing Duke lose a game in person.

This was a great WIN-WIN for UK fans. The Law Team for Duke, on the record stating that they were the worst football team, and UL receiving no damages in the breach of contract suit, because Duke is the worst team.

A warm fuzzy feeling still flows through me when I think about it.

I know we talked about this case before, but watching the lawyer at work “defending” Duke by bashing them is one of the funniest things I think I’ve ever seen.

Hilarious stuff.

I love the way she matter-of-factly states her case.

It’s only made sweeter by the fact that U of L didn’t receive any monetary damages AND lost the replacement game against Utah.

Judicial Notice is when the lawyer is asking the court to recognize the evidence as FACT rather than opinion.
