uga’s had one key off. lineman injured and at least one more is out for disciplinary reasons. That position is suddenly thin heading into the season. Seems like you can never have too many big lineman. Kind of admire the kids honesty.

I called the kid and told him he was going to UK regardless of what Richt offered him :) Just kidding. It’s good to see him ‘clarify’ his earlier statement, but I still can understand the lure of playing for the team he grew up rooting for.

This young man sees

the future and it’s at UK. Having big time recruits is like a magnet near metal shavings. Mitchell knows that he can play with a QB and a system that will compete for championships. Plus he knows that some more studs are on the way.

I would rather have a true blue recruit than a wishy-washy one.

He just backtracked after Newton committed IMO.

He sure did commit after Newton announced. But that is the power of “star” recruits. He’ll be true blue enough come February. Hopefully, once this young man gets on campus and gets a season under his belt he’ll tell his buddies to come on up…the water’s nice around Lexington and the team is even better!!! :) Good find BTW.

PS I too would rather ol boy wear UK underoos and sing the UK fight song every morning on his way to school than waffle about…maybe, I’m not sure……well if so and so offered….not good on the antacid administering!!
