LSU's Miles leads stacked SEC coaching roster
I think this author is just patently unfair to UK and Brooks. Hat tip: Leftover Hot Dog

I have nothing against LSU
They have shown they are a power in the SEC.
Just an interesting tidbit from a friend of mine that loves Notre Dame. He has had a friend who is a die hard LSU fan for the past 5 years. So, they have had this running bet going for the past 4years…$5 a game on the spread only and my friend had only lost $10 as of end of last season. Friend always said that LSU had a very weak Non-Conference schedule, and then last year when KY beat LSU…wow!
The LSU alum would not even answer his phone for a week!

I just wonder ...
... why the author was so hard on Brooks.

Because...
that is the way it is.
UK has still got to prove themselves w/o all the the dang thugs and trouble makers that other teams in the SEC and other conferences have had, but have had success.
But I don’t want those type players coming to UK.. I think we rate much higher on the character scale…least i hope so.

Wow.
Coming from Big XII country, my mind is blown that Les Miles could be at the top of any “best coaches” list. All I know is that if Mack was leaving tomorrow, and I was looking strictly at SEC coaches to replace him, I’d DEFINITELY take Meyer, Tuberville, Richt, and Spurrier over Miles, and I’d take a hard look at Saban and Petrino if I wanted a quick two-year fix.
Again, simply amazed that Miles is now a “good” coach.

You would never want Petrino...
the Louisvile football team has self destructed with all of his recruits.
And I am not a Louisville fan…similar to Indiana basketball.
