What I have learned though is one simple truth; when Louisville is not picked to be a national contender in football, a leader in the Big East and field a Heisman trophy candidate, you cannot say anything negative about them. Their sarcasm meters drop painfully low and feelings become touchy like a woman with PMS. When they cannot come back with the "we're rated top ten" or "we won the Orange Bowl just a few months ago," they become very emotional and fall victim to throwing out the kindergarten jokes.

I don't really think I can add anything meaningful to that. Read the whole thing.

Chis Diggs...
He has never put anything on his blog, I don’t think, that was not all over the sports news blog.
In fact, he defended Coach Kragthorpe for cleaning up the mess that Petrino left behind.
I find Chris to be very even sided as far as UL basketball and football lately and in the past.
The Louisville fans just got a little perturbed lately, which I can understand with all the problems in the football program. They will get over it when they stop and think :)

Yeah ...
... Louisville is pretty raw going from an Orange Bowl bid to no bid to losing 21 players over the summer.
They are in an ugly mood here in Lousyville.
