Around SBN: Phil Mickelson Outshines Tiger Woods

I hope this is not true, but ...

...I fear it is.

There is a report that Marvin Stone died of a heart attack today in Saudi Arabia, where he plays for Ittihad Jeddah.

If true, this is just terrible news for both Louisville and Kentucky.

Confirmed.  Oh, no.

Our prayers, deepest sympathy and best wishes go out to Marvin's family.  He was once one of ours.  He will be missed.

Mike at Card Chronicle found a link on the Arab News that has more.

wow, what a day.
I'm guessing this isn't another Card Chronicle April Fool's Joke?  Obviously not, that wouldn't be funny at all.  This is very sad--only 26 years old.  His poor family.

This is the real deal.  Follow the Arab News link.

They say death comes in threes.  This is a sad week for the state as a whole.

Terrible news
I don't think I've ever heard of anyone that young having a heart attack. Does he have wife and children? Best wishes to his family.

Heart Attack
I have heard of people much younger than  him suffering heart attacks but it's always a major surprise.

BLUEgrass
Sad days in the bluegrass state. UL may be the hated rivals but this crosses all those lines. Another day, another loss for basketball fans. While Mr. Wildcats passing was very unexpected, Marvin Stones was even more so due to age.

Thoughts and prayers go out to Marvin's family and friends, lets hope the dark days are over.

Stone
Just tragic.

Anytime someone so young and vibrant passes, it's always tragic.

My condolences to Marvin's family and friends.
