I just printed out my bracket to start filling it in for the office pool. Up till now I hadn't really paid attention to thing but the South region. Now, like any good UK fan I fill out two brackets, one with my heart (Here is a hint:UK WINS) and one with my head.

So, I start looking at the other #1 seeds and I feel like I'm gonna vomit. UNC, UCLA, and Kansas?!? Your flippin' kidding me. Fine, Fine...I'll just pick them to be upset by the #2...Wait,Tennesse and Duke?!?

Its the bracket from Wildcat Hell.

So this year I am resolved to only fill out the bracket where UK takes home the trophy. I just can't put pen to paper and fill in any of those names as the National Champion.

Partial Solution

I realized I could be a SEC homer and still not have to root for Tenn. I picked Ark over UNC and then Ark over Tenn....I know not logical, but thats ok....it makes me feel better.

Then Vandy can knock off Kanasas...looking good

UK and Miss St. can play the game that should have been.

That leaves the West region...Bless Georgia for that run in the SEC tourny, but my absurdity has a limit.

Who knocks off Duke and UCLA to preserve my sanity?

West Virginia upsets Duke. I have that on my "reason" bracket. It's very possible I think.

As far as UCLA, I took then to the championship game (with Kansas ultimately winning). Like it or not, Kansas plays like a good NBA team, and they are awesome.

Purdue might have a shot at upsetting ULCA, or even the Dukies, but overall, past the 1 and 2 seeds the Phoenix side is pretty weak. My bet is on San Diego upsetting UCLA!!!!
