Up next is Lamar and Miami
It looks like we will again be tested this upcoming week. Luckily both games are at home and Miami may even come in with a ranking. Beat them and....dare I say it?.... well, I'm sure you can guess the scenario I'm picturing before X-Mas.
I HAVE been wondering if BG and the AD knew what kind of situation we were facing when scheduling some of these OOC eams this season. First game out of the box was a clinic with flu shots as an added gratuity. Then comes number one with some of the most athletic guards (and one stellar guard). It has been a serious trial by fire for the guards on this team. If they don't go loco by New Years they'll be ready to take on the SEC and not just on the X-BOX.
Here are the CBS Sportsline recap's of Miami and Lamar's Saturday games. Nothing special but if those numbers are accurate for Miami in the box scores then they looked like another "deep" team like WV. Good to be home!

Dangit!
Fogot to mention this nugget from the Miami game recap:
“I walked in at 2 o’clock, hour and a half before the game, and Dwayne’s already got a sweat going,” Haith said. “I remember times in games last year, Dwayne was dry as a bone before the game. I think he’s realized that he’s got a routine now, he’s preparing himself for games.”
Sounds like this kid has the same idea as Gillispie about pre-game routines. i found that VEEEERRRRRYYYY INTERESTING. ;)
Lamar Will Be A Cupcake W
And Miami will be W because it’s a home game.
